[Fashionshow-designers] table at the flea for the 2010 show.

I have just confirmed with NELA that we will have an actual table at the
summer flea this Sat (tommorrow from 12-6pm)

Any models, designers, and acts that have been in the show are welcome to
drop off any cards/flyers/materials so we can hand them out.  This is
primarily a networking opportunity for the show and it's participants.  I
don't have a sense if we can sell from the table but in the past NELA has
looked the other way when it comes to sales tax stuff since you need to
have a tax id to get a sales table.  We are classified as an info table,
however we are on the main floor.

We cannot walk around and flyer or sell from the walk ways.  There have
been complaints from the other vendors in the past so we need to be very
careful here.

I will be there the entire time along with some of the show staff to man
the booth so if you want to get your stuf out to the thousands of people
at the flea get us your cards and stuff before the opening at noon.  If
you can't before don't worry you can still drop off your stuff later.

The flea is at the Boston Center for the Arts (BCA) which is also called
the Cyclorama. It's in the South End at 539 Tremont Street.  Hours are
12noon to 6pm.
